If you're looking for something different - everyone gives me shit for it, in 4v4, but I like to build a second SP out the gate. In 4v4, capping and map control isn't quite as important you still need to guard your cutoffs and fuel, but it doesn't take nearly as much of your army to do it. You can't really do anything about scout planes other than shoot them down with the T3 building ability, but usually by the time there a constant threat there's usually other things they want to barrage.I'm ranked ~600 (edit: at OKW Random 4v4, which is much easier to get to than the equivalent 1v1 rank), so this might not be top tier advice, but it works well enough for me. Once they identify your medical halftrack, a switch will go off in their head and they will want to barrage it and your troops healing there, this puts you at a huge disadvantage. In the early-mid game, you really want to do everything in your power from having them push up where they can see it. One last tip, don't let your enemy figure out where your medical halftrack is. Also, their camo ability is good too, as the first shot put off of camo has a huge damage buff. The raken's ability to retreat is its strongest ability, this keeps them alive and you can usually get them to vet 5 suprising quickly. You can usually catch tanks off guard doing this, and once you get into an infantry engagement, RETREAT your AT guns. I generally make 2 and instead of only having them sit behind, i also send them on flanks/pushes with my infantry.

I generally skip straight to t3 because at this point my 3 inf squads are struggling at handling allied infantry numbers, and i like to rush obersoldaten. Now you have to decide if you want to go straight to t3 or to t2. extra volks if struggling with infantry numbers 2x volks (place behind cover and use to support kubel) kubelwagen (very good for early game point caps, scouting, and more importantly can be repaired on the field which keeps your presence strong) its vet 1 ability is super strong if you use it correctly, you just get map hacks Generally my build goes something like this, but it'll change depending on how the game goes, as should yours
